Nobody really has to approve an application. This catagory was supposed to be for new members to introduce themselves. Everyone is welcome, and approval for joining isnt needed. We arent a Bank giving out loans, we are a community that welcomes all.

Well, if they obviously don't respect the clan and give good reasons why they want to join... example: "I want to be an admin so I can ban everyone I don't like." We have the right to decline that person lol.

We wouldn't be accepting promotion forums anyway. So if they do get Respected or some rank, and do something wrong, there is always a choice to warn him. The next time, warn him again about if he gets warned and shit again, he'll be banned.
