too many respecteds

the promotions have nothing to do on how long you've been in the damn group,its if you can handle being an admin or even respected.and people need to stop adding randoms to the respected so we dont have to deal with minge bags with admin powers...normally i would say only 15 and up but thats my call.and they cant be squeekers...i mute them the first chance i get...the high pitch gives me a headache...anyways i can really care less...i dont even really play gmod online anymore.

When will these rules become in place? I have heard tiki and inkerstar have recruited a player that seems extremely noobish and under aged. He is currently banned from the build server for breaking every single motd rule. Using 15 years old as the minimum age.
