REBEL NETWORK UPDATE 5

Hello! It's been a long time, really. I visited the website again and got mad at some of the website width, so I decided to change it. The website should be looking like this, and if not, refresh the page or take a screenshot of your desktop and let me diagnose it. It's not completely finished yet, but it will do in the meantime (buttons and whatnot).

MAJOR REVISIONS AND CHANGES

• Smaller forum width, for smaller monitors
  
• Black theme has better contrast on your eyes
  
• Added some new buttons (the nav bar, not the post)
  
• Revamped the header
  
• New background
